Tara Fields, Ph.D is a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Marin County California. Her 28+ year practice focuses on couple and family relationships.
A psychotherapist, author and speaker, Dr. Fields integrates family systems, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy and attachment theory in her clinical practice, working with individuals, couples and families.
