Helping couples and individuals repair, rebuild, and strengthen their relationships
“Be open to the possibility that things can get better.”

She also hosted the WE tv reality series Fix My Family, where she guided families through the process of healing conflict, rebuilding trust, and restoring connection.

ways. She works with executive teams in the technology sector as well, providing performance
and relational coaching that strengthens leadership, communication, and collaboration.

expertise with real-world wisdom. Her work empowers people to move beyond conflict and
disconnection and toward relationships grounded in honesty, intimacy, and emotional resilience.
After more than three decades of working with individuals, couples, and families, Dr. Fields has
learned that most people aren’t looking for perfection in their relationships—they’re looking for
understanding, connection, and hope. Her work is devoted to helping people break free from
painful patterns, repair old wounds, rediscover empathy for one another, and develop the tools
that allow relationships to grow stronger over time. Many of her most trusted strategies grew out
of decades of clinical experience and inspired her to write The Love Fix: Repair and Restore
Your Relationship Right Now.
When she’s not working with clients or speaking to audiences, Tara enjoys spending as much
time as possible outdoors in beautiful Marin County—hiking local trails and sharing adventures
with her latest rescue mutt.
